The brief

Saket Vatika is a new residential project by the Saket Group in Rajarhat New Town, Kolkata: three G+3 towers of 2 BHK flats on a half-acre site, priced from ₹28 lakh, with possession planned for March 2029. The project was at pre-launch, so the site had one job: turn interest into enquiries.

Buyers at this price are often first-time buyers comparing several projects on a phone. They need the plan, the numbers, the location and the developer's track record quickly, and an easy way to ask.

What had to be true

The RERA registration number, price, possession date and areas had to be visible and consistent. A first-time buyer should be able to check them without a phone call.

The build

One page with a clear order: the project, the developer's legacy, overview, amenities and facilities, specifications, the apartment plan and location, then enquire. The Saket Group's timeline of delivered projects sits near the top, because trust in the builder is what a buyer weighs first.

The apartment plan shows the floor layout with areas and room sizes beside it, and photographs and plans open in a lightbox. Type pairs a classic serif with a clean sans, and the palette comes from the project's green and gold branding.

Enquiries go through a form to a PHP handler that emails the sales inbox, with a honeypot against spam. If the server cannot take the request, the visitor is passed to WhatsApp with the details filled in, so no lead is lost. A fixed side tab keeps the enquiry one tap away, and the page is built for a phone first.

What it shows

  • Trust first: the builder's record and the RERA number come before the sales pitch.
  • Numbers a buyer needs, such as price, areas, possession date and room sizes, are on the page, not behind a call.
  • An enquiry that cannot fail: email first, WhatsApp as the fallback.
  • Built for the phone most buyers will use.

Project details, photography and plans belong to the Saket Group.
