I started Praxline because most founders run into the same wall. They pay too much for an agency that doesn't get them, or too little for a cheap vendor whose work doesn't fit.
Praxline is the third option: independent, considered and productised. A senior engineer and operator under one retainer. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices and no dashboards you don't read.
I've spent more than a decade building software and running digital operations for founder-led firms, the kind where the partner still answers the phone. I write the code, sit on the calls and run each engagement from start to finish.
My delivery practice is AI-accelerated by default. Builds that used to take an agency two months ship in four to six weeks at Praxline, because the same senior engineer works inside the same toolchain, with Claude in the loop on architecture, code, review and testing. The savings come back to you as time and price.

The same operator and the same craft, repackaged as productised monthly retainers across six service lines. Billing moved off the hourly rate, and the same person still does the work.
