Senior, independent and considered

It isn't a fit for everyone, and we'd rather say so up front.

You ship things end to end.

Praxline doesn't have layers. The person scoping is the person building and the person responsible. We hire operators who can take an engagement from kickoff to delivery without supervision.

You write before you build.

Every engagement starts with a one-page brief that the client signs off. If you can't articulate the problem before the code, the code won't solve it.

You're allergic to dashboards.

Status meetings, weekly check-ins and a Slack ping every hour: Praxline is the opposite of that. We communicate when there's something to say and stay quiet otherwise.

You think productised.

Hourly billing rewards slowness. Productisation rewards speed and craft. If you're more comfortable with “how long will it take” than “what's the scope”, Praxline isn't your shop.

  2. A 30-minute call

    It goes both ways: you ask us, we ask you. We'll talk through a real engagement Praxline is running and how you'd approach it. There are no trick questions.

  3. A paid pilot

    A paid pilot of two to four weeks on a real engagement. If it works for both sides, we extend. If not, you keep the work and we part well.
