The brief
familyPHYSIO is a physiotherapy clinic in Kenmore, Brisbane, with home visits in Melbourne. It treats patients from newborns to the elderly and works with NDIS, DVA, Medicare, WorkCover, private health and CTP claims. Its current site is a template with one long services page and a booking form that lists placeholder doctors.
This concept keeps the clinic's own copy and photography and asks a simpler question: how does a patient find the right care, and know how it will be paid for?
What we left alone
Every service, condition, funding rule and FAQ comes from the clinic's current site. Nothing was invented except the layout and the way the pieces connect.
The build
The look is white, calm and editorial, with a serif for headlines and a clean sans for reading, and the clinic's own sky blue used sparingly. The home page adds a "Where does it hurt?" map: tap a body area, front or back, and it shows the conditions the clinic treats there and how it would help, then carries that choice into the contact form.
A second block lets a visitor pick their funding, such as NDIS or DVA, and see exactly what to bring. On a phone there is a fixed call and book bar and a WhatsApp button. Pages carry local-business markup for search.
The contact form is not connected in this concept, and the journal cards link back to the clinic's existing articles.

What it shows
- Patients choose by problem and by funding, so the home page starts there.
- Real content, reorganised, is worth more than new copy.
- A body map can be useful and still stay a plain list underneath for keyboards and screen readers.
- Placeholders are honest: the form and booking are not connected.
familyPHYSIO is an existing business. This is an independent concept built without a brief, and is not endorsed by or made for them. Their name, logo, text and photography belong to them and are used here only to show the design. If you are the owner and would like this changed or removed, get in touch.
